HomePlatform Running the day

The rest of the day

The unglamorous parts, done properly.

Plenty of platforms sell you a booking page and leave the operation to you. The operation is where the day actually goes.

Tickets

Build your own for admission, merchandise and gift cards — on a phone or printed on a thermal roll, in portrait, landscape or your own shape, with real booking details dropped into place.

Invoices and receipts

Invoices that follow your brand and your language, and till receipts built for the roll rather than being an invoice with a different name. Clone the standard one and change what you need.

Emails

Every automatic message — confirmations, reminders, waitlist alerts, membership renewals — in every language you sell in.

Running the schedule

  • Departures in bulk or one at a time. Change times, durations, capacity or status across a whole run of dates, or open a single slot and edit it on its own. Both offer the same options, so you never have to hunt for the screen that happens to expose the setting you want.
  • Anything already booked is protected. Bulk changes skip departures with bookings on them unless you explicitly say otherwise, and moving a booked departure never re-prices what people already paid.
  • Boats, guides, rooms and equipment. Attach what a trip needs and see clashes before they bite. Something merely pencilled in warns; something committed blocks.
  • Seating plans for venues that need an actual seat rather than a headcount.

And everything else

  • Waivers, signed online in advance or on a device at the gate, with multiple people on one form.
  • Discounts and promotions, including generating large batches of unique codes for a campaign or a partner.
  • Resellers and partners, with their own trade prices, their own booking pages and payout statements generated from what they actually sold.
  • Importing what you already have, so switching does not mean abandoning the bookings on your current system.
