Memberships

Most systems bill a membership. Ours lets you design one.

Everywhere else, monthly-or-annual is an invoice setting: same benefits, different billing. Treating the payment schedule as a product decision is the single biggest lever most attractions never get to pull.

The plan designer

Membership plan designer with two plans side by side — monthly and annual — showing different perks on each.

Two plans, genuinely different products.

A plan is a product, not a payment option

  • One membership, several plans. Monthly, Annual, Family Annual, Founding Member — each with its own price, its own perks, its own household rules and its own wording in every language you sell in.
  • Different benefits per plan, on purpose. Annual can include four guest passes and ten percent off merchandise. Monthly can include neither. That is a pricing strategy rather than a workaround, and it is the reason people upgrade.
  • Households, not just individuals. Define the roles a plan seats — two adults and four children, or one of each — with minimums, maximums and a named primary. Each role can be asked for its own forms, with its own validity window.

Perks you can actually describe

Six kinds of benefit, with real limits attached — rather than a discount code and a hope.

Free or discounted entry

Free admission to named activities, a percentage off, a fixed amount off, or a members-only fixed price.

Guest passes

A number of guests they can bring, counted down as they use them, with a balance you and they can both see.

Money off the shop

A discount on merchandise or a category, or a credit to spend — applied at the till and online.

Limits and blackouts

Twice a day, four a month, ten a year, or once in the lifetime of the membership. Plus blackout dates for the weekends you cannot afford to comp.

Access and billing are separate questions

Which is what lets you sell things other systems simply cannot describe.

  • Bill once, monthly, or never again. One-off, recurring on any interval, or a lifetime membership. With trial periods, joining fees and a grace period for a card that fails.
  • Start the clock when it makes sense. Access can begin at purchase, or at first visit — so a gift membership bought in November does not burn two months before anyone uses it.
  • End on a date, after a period, or not at all. A season pass that ends on 31 October no matter when it was bought. A twelve-month pass that runs from activation. Or something that simply does not expire.

Improve the offer without breaking a promise

  • Plans are versioned. Publish new pricing and new perks whenever you like. Everyone who has already joined keeps exactly what they bought until they renew — so you never have to choose between a better offer and honouring the old one.
  • The whole life of a member is handled. Sign-ups from a paid booking, cards in Apple and Google Wallet, photo checks at the gate, visit history, suspensions, lapses, failed payments, chasing, renewals and monthly recurring revenue.

A member record

Membership account detail: household members, entitlement balances and visit history.
