HomePlatform Guest records and messaging

Knowing your guests

Every guest, every message, every enquiry — in the system that took the booking.

Most attractions bolt a separate CRM onto their ticketing and then spend a year reconciling two customer lists. Yours sits on the guest record, so it already knows what everyone bought.

What you get

Guest records

One person, not one row per booking.

  • Everything they have bought, every ticket and whether it was actually used, waivers, form answers, payments, messages and any open enquiry.
  • Worked out for you: what they usually spend, how many tickets they have bought, which of your sites they favour, what they book most, and how long they have been coming.

Audiences

Built from what people actually did.

  • Pick out guests by spend, by how recently they came, by whether they hold a membership and what state it is in, by whether a waiver is on file, or by whether they have agreed to hear from you.
  • A live count while you are still choosing, and the option to freeze a list or let it keep updating itself.

Group bookings

School trips and corporate days are a sales job.

  • A board of enquiries with your own stages, each worth a value, attached to a company, a contact and the partner who introduced them.
  • Notes and dated reminders, so the school trip enquiry from March does not go quiet in June. At most attractions this lives in one person's inbox.

Messages

One place for everything you send.

  • Newsletters, one-off replies from your team and automatic booking confirmations all go out the same way and land in the same history.
  • You can see what was delivered, what bounced and what was opened — rather than just what was sent. Schedule something for later and you can still edit or cancel it.

Consent handled properly, without you thinking about it

  • Marketing and receipts are treated differently. Someone who unsubscribed from your newsletter still gets the tickets they just paid for. Marketing always carries an unsubscribe link; a booking confirmation never does. Getting this backwards in either direction is a problem — one annoys people, the other breaks the law.
  • A dead address is stopped everywhere. Because continuing to email one damages the sending reputation every business on the platform shares. Somebody marking you as spam is only ever stopped for your business.
  • Unsubscribing mid-send is honoured immediately, not at the end of the job — because the link has to work the moment somebody clicks it.
